At Aisling Hill Farm (pronounced ASH-ling) we do a little bit of everything, and invite you to share it with us. What started as an interest in being more self sufficient and less wasteful has culminated in us leaving our comfortable lives in a suburban neighborhood, purchasing this property in the beautiful rolling hills of Southern York County Pennsylvania, and transforming it into the farm we have today. We raise pure bred registered Tunis and Tunis Cross sheep, pastured poultry, egg laying hens of various breeds, fresh local honey from our own hives, and we have a couple spunky ponies that are not just our loving pets, but are also available for birthday parties. We consider ourselves a micro-farm where we can concentrate on the highest quality product and not on quantity. We value quality of life for our animals, and quality of the product we provide. We are not mass producers and anything you purchase from us will have been grown or made by us. We do not apply any chemicals onto our fields ever, such as pesticides, herbicides, or even fertilizer. We raise our livestock sustainably, allowing our flocks to help heal our land and rejuvenate it using their natural instincts to graze and forage, with our management of course. Since we are a small family farm, we are able to give extra special care and attention to all our animal friends to ensure they have the best lives possible.
